“The Good Doctor” Will You Work Out of Your Time

Everyone has their own dreams that will be reach to persue their goals. So does him, a young savant autistic has a dream to becoming a surgical resident. I absolutely love the Good Doctor series and all of the episodes will always hold a special place in my heart. The stories were bright, amazing, intriguing, and ultimately satisfying.
The series set in the hospital at the prestigious San Jose St. Bonaventure hospital. It is follows Shaun Murphy, a young surgeon with autism and savant syndrome from the mid-size city of Casper, Wyoming, where he had a troubled childhood as a motivation for him to becoming a doctor. In this episodes, he safe a young boy in the airport. An airport sign fall and shatter glass onto a young boy and Dr. Shaun Murphy was withnesses. He is able to stabilize the boy with his unique ability to visualize the internal body and using improvised methods and tools. In a hospital board meeting, Dr. Aaron Glassman tries to convince the board to hire Shaun, despite his autism.
The young surgeon outstandingly played by Freddie Highmore, now as a stars of this series that release on 2017. He was nominated for multiple Saturn Award and Critic’s Choice Television Award. His acting is very cold as a doctor with autism and shows shades of emotions very effectively. Richard Schiff as Dr. Aaron Glassman who has been a mentor and good friend of Shaun since he was 14. He is very charismatic to played as a president of the hospital. On the other hand, Nicholas Gonzalez as Dr. Neil Melendez looks like arrogant in this series is respectively. Look for them in more movies, commercials and TV shows to come. I guarantee you will see them.
I like Dr. Shaun’s character when his action in airport that offer him help to safe the boy. He did him job everytime whether out of the hospital time or not. He is very strong with his savant syndrome, but didn’t get enough screen time to fully develop. Sometimes he likes a normal man that did eyes contact with people. An autistic usually can not do an eyes contact with people. There is a part when he blew the gloves in airport. It’s a wrong technic for doctor because it will contaminate the gloves with the bacteria of his mouth. Furthermore, in last part of this episode Dr. Shaun was enter the surgical room without using a masker. But in the fact, a doctor should wear their stuff properly before entering the surgical room.
The message of this series is very clear that shows how we should learn from the past. We need to deal with the troubles in our life and make it as a motivation to have a better future. The weaknesses will not obscure our dreams and it can be your motivation as your strengthness. Responsible with the job in anytime because a good profession is not only a job but it’s the way to make the ability is useful for others.
This series is 14+ , a rating which might run off some of the older crowd. But it’s truly a series not for children. There are some content that forbidden to them. The blood, drugs, sex and violence may include in this season. This movie rises above all of the most watchable series in 2017.
            Scale of 1-10: 8.5

A Long-Distance Love, Written by Allah

Every great story begins with something small—an encounter, a message, or even a shared screen. Ours began quietly too, not with fireworks, but with formulas and Zoom meetings. It was 2021, and I was enrolled in a Differential Equations class at Universitas Sriwijaya. Everything was held online due to the pandemic, and that’s when I first saw his name pop up—Khairu Agus Wijaya, a calm and focused student from Merauke, Papua, who was joining through the Merdeka Student Exchange Program (PMM). We weren’t the only ones with cameras on, and there were no breakout rooms, but there were small-group discussions that consisted of four people. But somehow, amidst the grid of faces and silence between lectures, we began to notice each other. Our first interaction wasn’t even in Indonesian—it was in Mandarin, a language we both happened to be learning. That small spark led us to chat more through the class WhatsApp group. We began exchanging ideas about assignments, encouraging each other before...

To XB AIS Class: A Letter From Your Grateful Teacher

As my days at SMA IT Raudhatul Ulum come to an end, I find myself overwhelmed with gratitude, love, and—above all—deep sadness. Resigning from a place that has given me so much is not easy. But what makes it even harder is saying goodbye to a group of students who have left a permanent mark on my heart: XB AIS Class . This class wasn’t just a teaching assignment. It became a safe space, a little home inside the school walls. I still remember my first day with them. I didn’t know yet how close we would become, how they would end up becoming the most beautiful part of my journey in this school. These students—my students—taught me that love can be expressed in countless ways, even in a teacher-student relationship. Though I am older, and though I am supposed to be the one nurturing them, they were the ones who showed me love every day . Some of them encouraged me with kind words, always knowing the right thing to say when I looked tired or overwhelmed. Some gave me gifts—small, thou...

My Journey as Adam Lane in An Elmwood Trail

If you had told me I’d be driving through a dark forest, solving high-level riddles, hacking into secret files, and being emotionally tangled in a missing person case—all from my phone—I might’ve laughed. But An Elmwood Trail , created by Techyonic, has given me an experience that’s deeper and more human than I ever expected from a mobile game. It’s not just a game—it’s a full-blown narrative adventure where you live the role , not just play it. In this interactive mystery thriller, I stepped into the shoes of Adam Lane , a detective with a complicated life—balancing work, fatherhood, and a fragile relationship with my wife, Amanda Lane . Our teenage son, Jim Lane , is smart, independent, and a bit too brave for his age. While trying to solve the town’s biggest mystery—the disappearance of 18-year-old Zoey Leonard —I was also trying to hold my family together. The town of Riverstone, surrounded by the haunting Elmwood Forest , is a beautifully eerie place. It’s been three weeks s...
